How to configure Windows XP to connect to Sky Web Internet
 

1. Click on Start and then Click on Control Panel

2. Click on Network and Internet Connections.

 

3. Scroll down page until you see Network Connections and then click on it.

 

4. On the left Click on "Create New Connection".

 

5. New Connection Wizard opens, click on next.

 

6. Click on the circle next to "Connect to the Internet" and then click next.

 

7. Click on the circle next to "Set up my connection manually" and then click next.

 

8. Click on the circle next to "Connect using a dial up modem" and then click next.

 

9. Type Sky Web Internet in the ISP name field and then click next.

 

9. Type your local access number* in the Phone number field and then click next.

 

9. Type your username in the username field and your password in the password field and the confirm password field.
10. Make sure the firewall check box is not checked leave everything else as is.

 

11. Make sure the Add shortcut check box is checked so it will add a shortcut to your desk top and then click on Finish.

 

12. You have successfully completed your Sky web dial up connection for Windows XP, double click on the shortcut on your desktop and then click Dial to connect.
